excellent food wide range poor cleanliness specific taxi
The staff were great with our two kids. The food is excellent with a lot of variety, also themed nights occurred in the buffet. The kids club and pool suited young kids well with a wide range of activities every day. The hotel is close to the beach, so great water sport activities for the whole family were easily available.
The cleanliness was not great. It was barely passable for the rooms and the public toilets. The kids club did not take kids into the outside playing area. Parents had to be present with them for some reason.

diverse food daily variety very nice service thin walls dull rooms dirty pool
I liked the diverse food options and the daily variety. There were many activities scheduled, including numerous contests. The team and staff provided very nice service and were kind, available, and very attentive.
The walls in the rooms are quite thin. I could hear every noise in the next room and the rooms are dull. The indoor pool area was dirty. It was scruffy.

Excellent service and staff
high-quality service kind hostess quiet pool
I am very grateful for the high-quality service at this hotel. Ms. Elmira was very kind and hospitable to all of us. She explained all the hotel information to me on the first day with detail. I really enjoyed the 16+ pool because it had quiet without any children.
During dinner, the 16+ area was taken over by another football team. It was very busy and cramped there. I did not like this arrangement so much.

The room has modern facilities and felt very generous. It was also spacious and accessible for my family. We always found it clean and quiet, so that was pleasant.
